Our first time visiting Four Seasons Los Cabos. We truly had a fabulous trip, and I cannot thank the staff enough for creating lifelong memories. The Four Seasons is synonymous with exceptional services, and Los Cabos did not disappoint. She was one of the main reasons why we ate there three times. And Lula/Lucia at Limon was everything you want in a restaurant manager - intelligent, charming, and warm. Omar at Ginger's makes the best matcha lattes. Hugo at Limon was attentive and charming to talk with during our meal. Moises and Julio by the adult-only pool were always there with fresh water and the previously mentioned fish tacos. Victor Itza did a private wine tasting for us, and we loved his passion and enthusiasm. Ricardo was so informative during the tequila tasting. Gilberto at Milos was excellent! Karen at Milos was always there with a smile and water for our post-workout breakfasts. And while I wish I could name all the fantastic people we interacted with, I will call out a few that stood out to us. And you can tell each staff member takes pride in ensuring guests enjoy their stay and want to return. Everyone you meet says "Hello," "Good Morning," "Buenos Dias," "Hola," etc. Staff/Service: No surprise, this is where the Four Seasons Los Cabos shines. Each tasting was informative and engaging. And I suggest attending the resort's free tequila, mezcal, and wine tastings. Absolute perfection! We are big wine drinkers and were quite pleased with the offerings and focus on Mexican wines. Try the Limon Drop martini, the Baja-style carbonara, and the beef tenderloin. We liked it so much we ate there three times. As mentioned, our favorite restaurant was Limon. Many reviews spoke about the ceviche, which was also fantastic, but the real star was the el pastor tacos. And lunch every day was fresh guacamole and the el pastor catch of the day fish tacos. We grabbed a coffee and a matcha latte from Ginger's every morning and enjoyed sipping on the patio tables outside. While we did like Limon better than Milos, we enjoyed everything we ate and drank. Food and Beverages: We did not have a bad meal during our stay. We especially like the water and fresh fruit for a quick post-workout snack. While we did not use the tennis courts, basketball court, or lap pool, we did see others enjoying the amenities. The equipment is all state-of-the-art and in excellent working condition. Gym: Spectacular! We are early risers, and most days, we had the gym to ourselves. But our favorite aspect of the room was watching the sunrise each morning from the bed. The tub in the bathroom was the perfect way to relax after a long morning workout too. We loved spending the afternoons in our plunge pool and patio soaking in those last few minutes of sunshine. The room was very well appointed and provided all the amenities needed for our stay. I have stayed at other Four Seasons properties, but this had to be our favorite room. Room: We booked an oceanview room with a plunge pool, but upon arrival, the staff upgraded us to an oceanview suite with a plunge pool. The drive took us about 45-50 minutes, and yes, the road is quite hilly and curvy, but the driver was very safe, and the history and information he provided on the drive helped pass the time. Transportation: I suggest booking transportation through the hotel, as a few of the transportation companies I contacted would not travel that far from the Los Cabos airport. This was the best trip to Mexico since our honeymoon in 2006, and I was so sad to see it end. My husband and I loved our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas for six beautiful, amazing nights.
